If you're lonely, it's certainly not lonely.

Have you ever wondered why you feel lonely, even when you're not alone? I know it sounds like a pretty depressing topic, but hear me out: Loneliness is a real emotion, and studies show that if you're feeling lonely, you're certainly not alone. In fact, a 2014 study released from Relate shares that one in 10 people feel they do not have a single close friend, which breaks down to about 4.7 million people. That's a pretty high number, and a sad one, too.

Of course, the tricky thing about emotions is that they're different for everyone: Some people, for example, are perfectly fine having few friends, or enjoy spending a great deal of time alone. For other people, those same scenarios would create a deep sense of loneliness and isolation. If you enjoy being alone, that's great! There's no need to create a tension when you're happy with a situation.

That said, loneliness can have serious effects on your mental and physical health. For example, experiencing chronic loneliness can lead to a higher risk for dying of heart disease, weaker immune systems, and consuming less healthy foods, like vegetables. Loneliness can also hurt your sleep patterns, increase your risk for developing dementia later in life, and may even contribute to early death.

There seems to be a strong stigma about loneliness. Many people will admit to being depressed before they'll talk about being lonely. They fear being judged as unlikeable, a loser, or weird so they don't discuss their sense of aloneness, alienation, or exclusion.
Not feeling free to talk about loneliness adds to the problem and to the judgments of the experience. If you judge yourself for feeling lonely, it makes it even more difficult to take steps to change the situation. Then you may judge yourself for not taking action to solve the problem.

On Monday, August 21, total Solar eclipses

Total Solar Eclipse
On Monday, August 21, 2017, all of North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun. Anyone within the path of totality  can see one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights - a total solar eclipse. This path, where the moon will completely cover the sun and the sun's tenuous atmosphere - the corona  - can be seen, will stretch from Lincoln Beach, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. Observers outside this path will still see a partial solar eclipse  where the moon covers part of the sun's disk.
Who Can See It?
Lots of people! Everyone in the contiguous United States, in fact, everyone in North America plus parts of South America, Africa, and Europe will see at least a partial solar eclipse, while the thin path of totality will pass through portions of 14 states.
What is It?

This celestial event is a solar eclipse in which the moon passes between the sun and Earth and blocks all or part of the sun for up to about three hours, from beginning to end, as viewed from a given location.  For this eclipse, the longest period when the moon completely blocks the sun from any given location along the path will be about two minutes and 40 seconds.  The last time the contiguous U.S. saw a total eclipse was in 1979.

Mass scale floating offshore wind farm

The fifth and final wind turbine for the Hywind Scotland commercial-scale floating offshore wind farm, a joint project between Masdar and Statoil, has arrived at its final destination, Buchan Deep, 25km east of Peterhead in Scotland.

Earlier this summer, all five turbines were successfully assembled outside Stord, Norway and they have now completed their journey to Scottish waters. Each turbine took four days to be towed across the North Sea where, on arrival, work was immediately started to install anchor lines and perform hook-up operations, taking two to three days per turbine. Final installation is scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks.

Hywind Scotland, a GBP210 million project unveiled in late 2015, is a partnership between Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company and Norway-based international energy company, Statoil. Masdar announced its acquisition of a 25 per cent stake in the project during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week in January. Statoil, the project’s lead operator, owns the remaining 75 per cent.
Commenting on this milestone, Bader Al Lamki, Executive Director, Clean Energy at Masdar said: “Hywind Scotland is the world’s first project to accommodate commercial-scale wind turbines on a floating structure. It demonstrates the enormous potential for delivering offshore wind energy in waters up to 1km deep, and represents the next stage in the evolution of the offshore wind industry.

Qatar Waives Entry Visa Requirements for Citizens of 80 Countries

Number of nationalities eligible to enter visa-free highest in region
Qatar considering further enhancements to visa policy, including waiver for holders of visa/resident permit for GCC and Schengen countries, as well as UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
DOHA, Qatar - Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MoI), Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) and Qatar Airways today announced that Qatar will allow visa-free entry for citizens of 80 countries, effective immediately.
Citizens of those countries* wishing to visit Qatar will no longer need to apply or pay for a visa; instead, a multi-entry waiver will be issued free-of-charge at the port of entry, upon presentation of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and a confirmed onward or return ticket.
Depending on the nationality of the visitor, the waiver will either be valid for 180 days, from the date of issue, and allow the visitor to spend a total of 90 days in Qatar (multiple-entry waiver); or it will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and entitle the visitor to spend up to 30 days in Qatar with the possibility of applying for an extension of the waiver for an additional 30 days (multiple-entry waiver).
These developments come as part of a series of measures that Qatar has taken to facilitate visitor access to the country. Last month, Qatar launched an e-visa platform, www.qatarvisaservice.com, through which travellers of all nationalities can apply for tourist and visitor visas with more efficiency and ease. The country is also considering further enhancements to its visa policy, such as waiving visa requirements for holders of a residence permit or a valid visa from the nations of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the Schengen countries. This waiver would allow eligible visitors to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation by completing a simple online application at least 48 hours prior to travel.

The biggest creature to have ever walked the Earth.

Studies on fossils from the dinosaur Patagotitan mayorum show that it weighed around 62 tonnes, and measured more than 35 metres from nose to tail.

The titanosaur lived 100 million years ago during the Cretaceous period and was a sauropod – a huge plant-eater with a long tail and neck that stood on four legs.

Vertebrae and rib bones were among the incredible finds recovered from the quarry at La Flecha ranch, Chubut Province in Argentina, in 2013.

Scientists now think the fossils belonged to at least six different individuals that died in a floodplain region, before being preserved in mud.

NASA: Applications are called for the post of Earth Protector Officer.

Looks like a joke, but sometime we'll have to think about these things in the future.
99% of people in the world think that this is not the case.
But the true intellectuals study the processes of the advanced systems of the universe.
Their goal is to prevent the destruction of the Earth by people.
People in a future day will have to face the advent of highly-developed organisms living in the universe to prevent the destruction of the environment by humans.
The intellectuals, with this knowledge may be looking for a security officer to minimize this situation.
Abi
An amazing vacancy was opened on the official website of USA Jobs. NASA is looking for a planetary security officer to work permanently.
What is this post, and what will this person do?

According to the description on the website, “planetary security is primarily related to the issue of organic and biological contamination of people and robots during space research.” That is, it is necessary to ensure that terrestrial organisms and organic components do not intentionally or accidentally hit other planets or other bodies of the Solar System, and that all ships that return from space to Earth with samples of any extra-terrestrial organic matter should be monitored.

The sacred tooth relic of the Buddha and the procession of the Buddha's perahera.

History Of The Esala Perahara
Buddhist Literature unveils various pageants and festivities held in great honour of Lord Buddha. The perahara pagent concept became popular during the reign of Emperor Asoka of India.Kandy Perahara pageant really pageant which displays traditional customs.
Majority of them been intermingled with the Buddhist and Hindu religious customs. The procession of the Sacred Tooth Relic commenced during the regin of King Keerthi Sri Megawarna (301 BC-238 Bc) From there onwards the Dalada procession was held annually and ceremoniously in Anuradhapura. The Dalada procession and the social traditions are linked so much together, the month of Esala has been named as the procession month, because of Esala feast.

In the 18th century at the time of King Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe the four Devala Peraharas and Dalada Perahara were amalgamated and was made a series of Peraharas. Yet they display and highlight the great value of the Sinhals culture. Most of the customs have taken from on statues stated in the "Dantha Dhathu Charitha" or "Dalada Siritha" (a book on the customs pertaining on the sacred Tooth Relic) Written during the regime of Parakramabahu IV (1302-1326) of Kurunagala.

The Earth's people: will the concept be true in the future?

Today people  living on the earth live in different countries.they  are divided into races,  religions and  languages. they  also live in a way that is  culturally ,politically, socially and economically.
In this way ,the divided person  demonstrates, his power against one another ,destroying each other.

China does not accept America  as the world power. Russia is thought  of  as a strong  state in the world about the size and identity.
India and China are trying to show how they are a better nation with economic strength and lifestyle.
japan and most of the advanced  countries in Europe think this.

Also, same countries  claim to have developed  in culture and the language. people who  produce certain statements  on different variations, but who are the same kind  of  people.
